After hearing about an opening slot being open for the location I was waiting for, all I had to do was make a request ticket, and despite having been moved already once and with limited space available on the node, Brandon did it in a timely matter with only minor pushback, which I fully understood. That said, this company continues to remind me that they are the best around despite me losing steam on getting my server up and running.

After spending weeks trying to set up with another hosting company- I decided to try dedicated mc instead. Within MINUTES I had a real person answering my questions right then and there. They were professional, kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. They helped answer questions before I even purchased a package so I knew what I was getting and they helped me set up the server itself because I'm pretty new to all this. I'm a beginner and DedicatedMC has been great so far. DedicatedMC allows you to register domain names and handle DNS on their website. I picked a domain (optional) and my account was ready. The docker container generated my account in minutes. Everything was up and running and worked. There's a decent searchable FAQ for common questions and you can submit tickets through Discord. I submitted one recently for HTTPS/SSL proxy config (for dynmap plugin) and they were prompt and helpful.
