Absolutely amazing service, most reasonable price with the best team of staff that are so quick and helpful with support. They are so understanding, quick and knowledgeable with what they do. Only server hosting I could ever trust.

Dedicated has the best support hands down. I opened a ticket and within minutes, no joke, I got the answer and it was resolved. Ego is the best 👍

I'm very new to using Minecraft servers. I had realms before this but wanted to do more than it allowed. I found dedicatedmc on google n looked into it. I'm so glad I got my server with them! Anytime I have any issue whatsoever Brandon helps me out in their discord. I feel bad he has to deal with my stupidity but he always finds the solution to my problems quickly. If i could tip him i would!

Dedicated Mc is by far the best host I’ve used. They are overly helpful without even needing to be staff members even doing stuff completely outside of their job description just to help their customers fully loaded with everything u can imagine at a cheap price? Almost seems too good to be true. Well I’m here to tell u it is true. Little to none server lag perfect understanding and helpfulness even to brand new servers who has zero clue what they are doing they can both work with and help with anything. If ur wondering about a host to use and come across this? By all means try it. Weather u stick with them or not you won’t regret the experience and usefulness of the server your provided.

Dedicated Mc staff Brandon has been extreamly helpful. No matter the issue he’s always able to help out and goes out of his way to do things to make my experience with dedicated MC be the best it can be clear spoken and kind he’s able to clearly explain what’s going on the ways to fix it and give enough details and explaination so that I can fix it again if the issue comes back. Always there to lend a helping hand and 100 percent a great asset to the Dedicated Mc staff. Big props to him for his hard work and dedication in helping other and I greatly appreciate the work he’s done to help. Thanks again Brandon 🙂

The person who I spoke with was very helpful, gave me very clear instructions on how to assist in the upgrade process and got the job done without any issues! I find attitude immaterial in customer service, but they were very professional and kind! 7/7 would want them if I needed help again!
