DedicatedMC has always been and will always be my absolute #1 choice for any server hosting site. I’ve tried a ton—the mainstream popular hosting sites like Bisect, GTX, etc., and even some indie brands. Hands down, DedMC wins my heart time and time again and I always come back to them. 1. incredible, unbeatable pricing for the high-end quality of hardware. 2. The customer service is HANDS DOWN the best, the fastest, the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever experienced in my life. 3. THE SERVERS ARE NEVER DOWN—except for routine maintenance, which even then they provide plenty of advanced warning on multiple platforms. If a server does go down for any reason, they act VERY quick! 4. Friendliness with staff and their discord. The people who work at DedMC are truly incredible, and they feel human rather than robotic or AI. They’re normal people, incredibly relatable and personable. 5. They care about their customers and recognize customer tenure 6. The panel—god is it beautiful. Pterodactyl, beautifully designed. 7. Ever since ownership of the company changed a year or two back, it’s only gotten better. They revamped their pricing, reworked partnerships behind the scenes to offer even higher quality equipment while focusing and stabilizing connections. This is especially relevant for their dedicated systems. Before the ownership change, dedicated machines in the US ran for a pretty high price—previous owner stated it was due to internet costs in America. The new owners completed changed their connections and it’s so much more affordable now! 10/10 services, pricing, customer support, hardware quality and customer service. I have referred many gamer and developer friends over the years, and I will forever continue to do so.

I’ve loved this service since I left my old host. I never found a decent provider until this one. They have amazing support and have never let me down, even when I’ve had serious issues, they always were there to help out. Very friendly and very on point with communication. Their plans are very affordable and for the quality you get I don’t think anything beats it. Ive used their service for around 4 years now and I will continue to be a loyal customer. Highly recommend!

Service and customer support? Fantastic, I've never had a single issue with my server they haven't been able to help me with. Once it was setup (which they helped us with too) my friends and kept using them for so long at this point, the servers are always running well and surprisingly their customer support is equally as good as their service, these guys have gone so far and beyond for any issue we've had, and they're so quick and helpful, patient and most importantly very transparent with their customers, that is genuinely so nice, you can already count on having a server running and with no issues, and if there are any? They will most definitely be there to help you, just great service overall. Of course if you know how to set-up a server yourself chances are you won't even need to contact the customer support at any point, because then again, once it's up and running just enjoy, quick and easy and overall absolutely reliable.

At first I experienced issues with the fraud queue (a system I deem unnecessary as it's not existent among any other provider I've ever used) But after the fraud queue causing my server to take hours to setup upon contacting support they were able to fix it, and within a day even offered me very generous account credit covering several months of server hosting All I hope they fix in the future is the queue which seems to cause people more trouble than worth
