They were absolutely dismissive of my issues, and didnt care to even look at my problem with timing out because i use "outdated software" such as thermos, when things were working just fine before the day im writing this review. Apex hosting offers more support for a fraction of the price, i will be using them from now on.

Hey Daiven. I'm sorry you feel that way, but after reviewing the ticket with the entire team, there was nothing out of the ordinary or wrong that was done. The support agent assisting you clearly outlined where to look in terms where your issues may lie, but said that his support is limited for hybridization software because of the amount of bugs, vulnerabilities and other issues that could arise from running it on a production server. He remained cordial in that regard, and was trying to point you in the right direction before you had gotten hostile and called it lazy while this is the standard in all of our support inquiries. Furthermore, hybridization software based on Magma (which Thermos and Cauldron are all basing their code from) have been caught spreading malware that most main modpacks are now dropping all recommendation and support for, such as https://pixelmonmod.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=29799 It is not only for this reason, but our own experience that we give no support for malicious and bad software. -Taffy General Op's Director
