The long and short of this review is that i couldn't be happier with the product or their customer support team. To name names, shout out to Jessica Brown for her reassurance, patience and knowledgeable answers to ALL of my questions. I started out pretty skeptical of the value an online product and company would provide and how difficult it might be to resolve any issues should they arise. I did see reviews here with questions about the fit and dissatisfaction with the process. I decided to go ahead with a purchase though because it did seem that each complaint was responded to and an effort was made to correct whatever had gone wrong. First of all, I will say, the product is absolutely a genuine skin product (leather), it is not a plastic or synthetic as some people have claimed. The fit, although unique to every individual, in my opinion fits "to size". I saw a couple of people mention in reviews that they though it fit small, but, my chest measurement was 44.5" so I went for an XL as I was just above the size for a large (44") and just below the size for XL (45"). When it arrived it was not awful, but pretty baggy everywhere. My 44.5" chest is due to a muscular build that flares out at the upper portion of my back. This left the mid section QUITE baggy. I reached out to Jessica (who I had asked many questions of prior to ordering) and she immediately understood my situation, advised me to pack the jacket back up and sent me a prepaid shipping label to attach to the package. it only took a day to get back to them and the replacement was shipped the next day, arriving to me 3 days later, no questions, no hassle. I can say that the Large is 1/2" smaller than my chest measurement and fits like that, about a half inch small. In real feel, the jacket is just snug right at the underarm. It is by no means tight, restrictive or uncomfortable. It honestly just makes the jacket look more tapered and flattering as the fit around the waist is now ideal. I don't write reviews for transactions that simply take place as they should. I only make the effort if I feel like other consumers need to be aware of less than ideal business practices out there, but I felt a need in this instance to actually praise the thoroughness and help that Jessica provided throughout the process. In my opinion she (Decrum) went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was completely happy with the product at the end of the day.

I ordered a leather jacket from Decrum for my husband. It was easy to make the purchase. Decrum made regular contact until it was delivered. The jacket was a surprise gift for my husband. The jacket was beautiful. It fit perfectly and he loved it. Decrum delivered excellent service!
