Excellent products
Excellent products. I ordered 2 chandeliers and a custom wall panel and I’m very impressed. Great customer service, price and product. The wall panels were customized for my house and I’ve gotten several compliments. The chandeliers are of great quality and sparkle like to other.

My experience with Sam at Ddcor lane…
I have worked with Sam at Decor Lane and he has made the buying process very easy. Any questions I have had have been answered in a very understandable way and is always there when I have a question. The quality of the products has been excellent.. and I will continue to sac Sam whenever I need another Decor Lane product

No Returns or Exchanges
I wanted a return an unopened item, which according to their website is up to their discretion and they refused. I would have been okay with an exchange, but they just leave their customers stuck with products and I think most good companies allow returns and/or exchanges if you're willing to absorb the shipping. If you're 100% sure you want something, good luck. But I won't be shopping with them again.

Extremely helpful chat assistance, and NOT from a BOT
I chatted with Jay, who gave me a heads up that there would be a difference in size between US standard and European standard. I would have ordered something that would have been the wrong size and couldn’t have been altered to fit. I was spared a disappointment AND expense! Jay was also so patient while I checked measurements on things— couldn’t have asked for better customer service!!
