5 Star Sevice !!!

Order confirmation to shipping email was quick. There was a small issue of the tracking not updating, it was stuck in pre-label hell for about a week. I emailed customer support and they were very quick to respond (within the next day) and get the package going. My order arrived within a few days and safely wrapped up - no leaks. Very helpful overall.

I did eventually get what I ordered…after nearly 2 full weeks of waiting. They printed a shipping label quickly and then the package clearly sat there for quite some time. On the plus side, their customer service team (Anna) responded quickly to my emails, but still a very frustrating shopping experience. Most other decant businesses ship within a few days of ordering.

Good price for cologne. Good scents. Sillage last for about an hour. Afterwards they become a closer to skin scent(s).

It would be 5 stars if your shipping was a bit better. Sometimes it’s fast but other times it’s really slow. This is the only thing keeping it from 5 stars, otherwise it’s really good.

It’s frustrating when a company sends a shipping notification to a customer only to realize it is just a shipping label that has been created. Then waiting an additional six more days and the item still hasn’t actually shipped is doubly frustrating. I’d rather get a real shipping notification when the product leaves the warehouse.

Ordered over a week ago and package hasn't even shipped off yet according to tracking🤷🏾‍♂️
