Purchased 3 5ml bottles of Baccarat rouge 540 extract and all 3 had been cut with so much alcohol, you barely could smell the fragrance. This seems to be a common problem. This fragrance is expensive and if dont know any better, a customer might not challenge the authenticity of this product. Decantx should be ashamed. Decantx does not respond to complaints in a timely manner either.

I ordered decants of my signature scent to keep in purse, desk, etc. They were RANCID. I emailed them and they said they’d investigate. I followed up with them a week later and they’re like “yeah we investigated, our products are authentic”. That’s not what this is about! I know what this is supposed to smell like! It can be authentic and still be old, stored in heat, exposed to light, etc. They took zero accountability and obviously lied about investigating. They lost a customer forever, and I’m a fragrance lover that frequently orders small decants to try different things. Never again.

My order was shipped to the incorrect address. After repeated attempts to contact over the past few days, via email, DM, social media, and ZERO response, it seems I will need to initiate a charge back.

We're very sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand how frustrating it must be to have an issue with your delivery and feel like you're not getting the help you need, especially after reaching out through multiple channels. We take great pride in our customer service and typically respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, so hearing that you've been unable to reach us is particularly concerning. We looked into this and were unable to locate any emails from the email address associated with your order. It's possible your messages were sent from a different address, and we'd be happy to look into that further. We'd really appreciate the opportunity to investigate what happened with your shipment and help get this resolved. Please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order number so we can assist you. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope we have the opportunity to turn this experience around.

These are definitely fake perfumes. I have had the same perfumes that I brought on this website and they are definitely copies. They do not even smell like the thing at all, they are fake imitations. I feel so gypped buying from this company. My first order I placed $140, what a waste.

I bought a decant of boss bottled absolu ( the liquid was white and performance was lacking , it lacked depth as well ). I bought another decant elsewhere , this time the liquid was yellow and the performance was better. It’s very noticeable. I strongly believe they are watering down their product .
