I had a problem with my order, they sent a replacement. I thought they were sending a replacement sprayer, but sent a new sample. samples are authentic. great company. I have since ordered many times and will continue to do so.

Man o man this was a really good experience aside from the shipping to my house being really slow. I would recommend you buy from here they are authentic. Also customer service is great, thanks anna bell for the reassurance. 9/10

My order was never shipped. I placed my order and 4/2/24 and quickly received an email stating my item was being shipped. Since then the USPS status has been that they are waiting on the package to arrive for shipment. USPS never received the package from them. They will not respond to emails or phone calls. Browsing this site it is clear they have done this to many, many people. It seems more and more likely that this is just a scam. I will be contacting the FTC and Florida Attorney General's office if they do not respond and resolve my issue.

I had a excellent experience with DecantX. I ordered six fragrances and only received five out of the six. As I was preparing my email to send to DecantX regarding the one missing fragrance and sending the email. I received an email from them identifying the discrepancy and the missing one fragrance was in the mail the same day. Thank you DecantX for due diligence.

Fast delivery, cheap, authentic fragrances. Great support. Didn't receive 1 fragrance. They refunded me it and after 2 weeks sent it for free as a present. Great service, great people.

Placed two separate orders a few days apart. Both orders have said pre shipment for about 14 days. Guess I'm never getting my product and have to file a charge back Update: I received one of my orders today on 4/12. The other order still says pre shipment. Going to wait a little longer I guess. Will update review again if it comes or not. Update #2: my second order finally came today. Anna in customer service was a help. Apparently the Miami USPS isn't updating their tracking. So these shipments are reading that they never left, and all of a sudden they show up at your address. It's slow and painful but you will get your ordered eventually. I'll give them another try in the future

Shipping is taking painfully slow Placed my order on April 1st and usps had been telling me it’s been in preshipment since April 2nd. It’s now April 8th and I have received 0 updates.
