For some background…I had tried a mortgage refi, but no luck. Then a HELOC with my credit union, again no luck. The ratios just didn’t match up. I’m sure you know what I’m talking about. So quite by chance (or certain social media algorithms), I stumbled onto Robert’s promo of this approach to resolving credit card debt, and thought I’d give it a go. Entered my info and quickly received a call back. Working with Bri, my guide for this part of the journey, we completed what I’ll call the “intake” interview and the associated paperwork, all over the phone, and signed ‘em digitally. And I gotta tell you, Bri did good, considering I had LOTS of questions! And like most folks, I was skeptical that such a process was out there!! But now that we’ve started, I’m looking forward to seeing progress. Honestly, I've just signed up so this review is for the initial intake and setup process. My guide put me at ease, answered a ton of questions, walked me through the forms and reviewed the info with me. I received a follow up call to set-up my portal, and emails providing other set-up guidance. Yes, as I mentioned earlier, I was skeptical. But with the Trustpilot reviews and Robert’s marketing, I felt comfortable providing the credit card info and setting myself up to clear up my financial mess. And it’s a big step for me. I’m retired and 71. Shouldn’t be in this financial pickle, but I am. Now, there’s a glimmer of sunshine. Yep. Hope, is a very good thing!

So far, so good. Everything was explained to me very well. This company is (in my opinion) way more organized than the other debt relief companies I spoke with. I feel comfortable working with them. Still need to complete my welcome call. It would be very helpful if when they call me, the called ID would say Americor. Otherwise, I may not answer because I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.
