Mikah was very explanatory and answered all my questions to where I understand. Everything went very smoothly. Now I just need to see if everything matches up in a few months.

I am new to the process but so far the customer service has been wonderful. The app is very informative and easy to use.

Our debt got to a point where it had become unmanageable and overbearing. Each month we were sending out minimum payments and using cards again because our budget had become depleted. This is no way to live so decided to call Debt Clear USA because of the Shark Tank investor Robert Herjavek’s sponsorship. We’re a week into the program and I am impressed with the systematic approach they have in place in getting folks out of debt. The portal and 3rd party that handles finances creates a level of transparency that makes one feel like they made the right decision. Furthermore our representative Oginee was courteous, respectful, and treated us with dignity. All in all, looking forward to starting up and finishing this program in 48-months. At least now there is an end in sight and have a monthly budget that we can finally manage.

So far so good! Everything was explained thoroughly. Zach was great and answered all of our concerns and questions. We feel comfortable moving forward and look forward to being debt free. The app is also great because everything is laid out right in front of you at all times and makes communication easy.

I am new to this and I am hoping and praying that it work for me. I try getting help from others with no help from them. Till now. I know it is going to be hard at first but I think it will work out.
