It is a pleasure to be part of the MasterMind Family like I have never experienced before. Dean found a God-given gift in him, and now all he does is be himself and help others. We all have it, but it seems most of us have it buried deep down inside us, and most often than not, without proper guidance and hard work on our part, it will never be found. Dean is a pleasure to listen to, and since my first Dean's conference, I attended "Impact Accelerator Live" in March 2022; I was in. I signed up and finished the "Project Next" (it took me 3 months), "Better Life Challenge," got a hard copy of "Millionaire Success Habits" (shipped to Poland), and I am in the process of reading it or should I say listening to it, but with a hard copy, it has a better effect. I started my 100-day challenge to record myself. So far, I am 30 days in and saving it on to my computer. Also, I have a subscription to MasterMind.com, and after setting up a little studio (which took me longer than I thought it would) in my home office, I am currently learning the software to record and edit the video. I have a plan to create a mini course in 30 days. I am writing all this because I am now about to take action, thanks to Dean and Tony's program. I have listened to Tony's teachings since I was in High School (I'm 42 now), but I have to say (in short) I feel because of Dean and all the hard work he puts into the MasterMind Family, His and also Tony's combined teachings are more accessible. A few years ago, I reached out to Tony Robbins to get a coach, which was financially out of my reach at the time. Now with Dean, it seems like tools are provided (Project Next), and you need to do the work, but it is more accessible than before. I am Polish/American and currently living in Poland, I have been working from home for over 4 years now, but once I get this business off the ground, I want to move back with my family (wife and two kids) to the US. Thank you, Dean, for all you do, and I know I have things I need to work on on my end and I will, because now with the tools you provide it is all on me and my Why. And one day, one day I would love to be able to serve people on the same stage with You and Tony. God Bless you and your family! Greg Ps. Dean has given me the courage and inspiration to impact lives. When Dean put me in the hot seat and then I ended up being in the Project Next Course my life started changing. From doubt and fear of putting my Loving Menopausitivty course online and making my first sale. I went from can I do this? To I am a coach and impacting lives!! The first time I heard about Dean was when he and Tony Robbins started their Knowledge Business Blueprint(KBB) program. I bought the course just after they launched it and proceeded to plow through it gaining a lot of insight and motivation in order to transform myself. Since then, every time I see anything to do with Dean I read, watch, or listen to whatever he has to say. Unlike many of the other self-help “gurus”, I truly believe that Dean really desires to deliver value to people; you can tell that he is true to his word. His passion and commitment can also be seen in his ‘Monday Messages’. He is seriously committed to helping others transform their lives. I once read: “To Dean, impact is more important than income”. And this is a very true statement and is evident in everything he does! Since being exposed to all of Dean and Tony's programs, I have created many hour long workshops and I have also written TWO books! I plan to create an on-line program of my own soon. I hope one day I get to meet Dean in person and let him know how much he has impacted my life.

I enrolled in Project next thinking it was more Tony Robbins than Dean. While I like Dean and am looking forward to advancing into my project next to create my mastermind course, often, Dean's clips or weekly insights seem superficial, repetitive, a bit chaotic rather than real life deeper strategies into production of an actual course. Instead, Dean is now marketing a very expensive add on route for quicker production into project next/mastermind courses. I feel this degrades my initial $1K investment as though project next isn't in and of itself inclusive for me to succeed without thousands more dollars invested. Being asked to pay ALOT more money to progress into a program that was sold as intact on it's own to buy an additional program to make it doable seems out of integrity. It gives the impression the project next format isn't fully able to get us up and running successfully. I would like to see more deep dives, practical classes on how to's included and continued through the project next format. I often feel like I'm being nickle and dime-d in moving forward with project next. Now there is talk of a new mastermind development? I hope those of us that paid for the initial project next and mastermind membership get this upgraded program included free of charge!

Dean's effectiveness, as far as I am concerned, stems from two things; first, is his absolute sincerity and committment to providing support in the form of continuous contact and encouragement, but also his use of stories and metaphors which lend substance to his coaching. Second, the programs he and Tony Robbins offer are realistic and helpful blueprints for pathways to achievement. KBB and Project Next have been foundational in my transition to making an occupational shift. I do not like to miss Dean's weekly thoughts or inner circle trainings, because they always contain gems which I use as building blocks going forward. There is little I would change there. What I would like to see is a couple more shallow steps in the value ladder. I found that some of the specific tutorials in Project Next regarding setting up the landing page, the facebook page and similar tools are a little generic and don't seem to be as clear as I need. I just completed an MBA, much of it online and I encountered the same issues with getting part-way into applying the instructions to set up the tools and then getting stuck. I know there is a client services group that exists to help out, but I am hearing from others that they go to different sources, where the instruction is clearer and then sometimes return to Mastermind. Some don't. One of the issues I had was the confusion surrounding signing up for Mastermind, then getting bogged-down with learning the modules and then running out of free Mastermind time. I had a family crisis in the middle of this, where my son, who I also registered in Mastermind, became quite ill. We have had to let go of our forward progress, but it seemed to us that we were stuck and have lost our energy a bit. We'll get it back. Another personal sticking point is my DOT. I'm not confident in it and the best way to deliver it. I cannot find the funds for the Mastermind Academy right now. Perhaps some of these pieces could form the focus of a couple of lessons or group sessions to provide feedback without shelling out another thousand dollars. I am a big supporter and welcome the opportunity to feedback. These are initial thoughts and I'd be glad to report on my progress as I get a grip on this and finally get launched.
