If I have learned anything from dealing with this company..its this..always always read the Trust Pilot reviews. Had I have done so I wouldn't have touched this company in a million years. Their refund system is verging on a scam. I eventually got my refund, after waiting nearly 3 weeks, and many messages, then they deducted £1.99 for a delivery charge !! Never ever, ever again will I use them.

Received garment far smaller than advertised. Returned and still no refund 14 days later despite being reassured by customer service it would be processed. Stay well away.

Our son wanted a large rug for his room so we ordered him one for Christmas. He loved it! The colors are very vibrant and it seems well made. It did take a while to receive but arrived packaged well and in good shape

Returned on the 19th of January 2025 and I am still waiting for a refund. Don’t waste your time and money ordering from these scammers.
