The company is a scam. They hide a membership in their T&Cs which is not viewable when paying the $19 that they advertise. Avoid this company like the plague.

They sucker you into a 6 month contract in which you will be charged $49 per month for discounted cleanings (not much of a discount if you're already paying $49). It's a scam. You cancel and you're out of $200 for one cleaning. SCAM

The people they hire are degenerate! They do a basic job and half do everything they touch! They cancel or are late every time. And they get angry when you point of thing’s they did wrong. Not to mention they leave waaay before the time slot they were hired for! You’re better off having a crack head clean your house

Cleaner showed up late, had no vacuum or mop so floors didn’t get cleaned. Six hours to clean 2300 sf and didn’t finish. And then the company customer support was atrocious. They won’t refund the cleaning, they won’t compensate for the many scratches she left in my oak, dining table, and my ““ membership at $50 a month continues even though I reported all of these issues immediately. Absolutely awful experience, don’t use under any circumstances. Update: customer care never provided a refund, gave a .5 hour credit, and said tithe issue is between the cleaner and I/not their problem. I can’t remember the last time I felt scammed by a company but wow that’s certainly how I feel now. Only 3 more months of my $50/mo membership before I can be done with this service. What a joke.

starting at $19 per hour, ending in $222.25 for 3 hours for regular mobbing and regular shower cleaning, my recom, run run don't just walk away from this company. that's the worst cleaning company i'v ever deal with. please do your self a favor and get another company insted. also i forget to add how bad is their costumer services are cause you can't reach them via phone its only email, thats why they keep changing my appointment from day to day so they skiped 2 days and they came in the 3rd one 3 hours late.

What a scam! They get you with an amazing price for the first time for you to try them but they automatically enroll you in a 6 months plan. Then when you want to cancel they charge you full price (a hefty one) for that first time. The Coria ing was terrible, kitchen countertops left dirty, the exterior of the fridge too (gmGod forbid you asked for extra hours for the fridge). The lady kept asking me what else she needed to clean, like she didn't know how to clean a house! I thought she washed the dishes, but after she left I realized she only loaded the dishwasher, which already had clean dishes inside!!! She even left an hour early! Don't fall for this!!!

theyn are scammers and never let you cancel and charge you each month whether you have them or not they should be banned and if i could give negative stars i would be ware the con artists
