Absolutely terrible. They have no control of the contractors they hire. The contractors rush through and don’t preform most services dazzle promises. They allow unprofessional behavior, and allow the contractors to leave hours early and still charge the customer the full price.

Shockingly bad. Most times, cleaners are no-shows. The company claims to employ people but its people are actually just poorly paid contractors who often decide they don’t feel like showing up. Worst of all, they start a monthly $45 “subscription fee” that is impossible to cancel and ignore your emails and messages to try and get out of. All for a service that never actually does what it says it will and wastes your time. I finally simply challenged all their charges with my bank for not getting what I paid for, and they folded like a cheap suit. They must be used to people doing that and don’t want to lose their ability to charge credit cards. Beware!

This company is a total scam. The cleaners they hire are questionable due to the extremely low wage they pay and they lock you into a membership where they charge no matter what. There is no phone number to contact only an email. I went through the cancellation process months ago and then was charged again out of the blue. When I emailed about this they then wrote back where they offered me “3 free months” at which I automatically renewed unless I cancelled again. It’s a loop in order to scam people out of money.

This company employs a lot of "bait and switch" tactics. They aren't forthright with how the program works. It turns out that you can't get cleaners at the prices that they advertise, and they also charge you a hefty "booking fee" every time you use one, in addition to the $49/month they want for you to pay to be a member. I get that they need to get paid, but *either* of the fees that they charge is at least borderline excessive, but the two combined is just ridiculous.

*****AVOID***** I'm sure my 1 star is in a sea of 1 stars, but I'll tell me story anyway. We recently had Rita come clean our home. First, I received confirmation of Rita at 7pm on Saturday evening for a Monday cleaning at 2pm... As I was out of town on the Sunday prior to the appointment, I didn't check my email until late that afternoon. I tried to cancel/rearrange as she was too expensive, which the website did not allow me to do. Communications with the organization is next to impossible to do, especially on a Sunday evening or through their website (Kinda' gotcha website...). First I never approved someone over my original target goal of $100 to ~$134 (when I originally signed up). Second, she arrived 2 hours late. Third, she was slow in cleaning the house and broke a few item on some of the shelves in our living room. Finally, she stayed close to 10pm, and didn't even complete cleaning all the rooms. We never approved of her staying that late and we were charged the overage.....??? 😒 I'm not sure how Rita amassed so many hours and still maintained a five-star rating... (suspect). Eventually I had to cancel the service, costing me $155 because the teaser 1st clean became null and void, and it became a full blown cost for the clean. Again, *****AVOID*****

They’re absolute thieves. When u sign up they force you into a contract where u get charged $99 if u cancel within the first 6 months. I stayed with them for a year and 1 month and cancel and they still charged me $99 and also charged me a $35 monthly fees for no cleaning services in the past 2 months. Customer service called to say I signed another contract for 6 months(biggest lie /scam ever) so they can only refund as a voucher towards my next cleaning service. I refused and wanted it returned to my previous method of payment cos I moved out of state and wanted it refunded to my credit card. Please stay away from this company.

Buyer beware - this service is extremely unreliable and relies on virtually non-existing support. Cleaners are consistently no-shows and while you get the occasional good one, it's questionable if the amount of bad experiences make up for it. Plus, you are locked in for 6 months or face huge charges.
