Housecleaner texted asking if her 3 year old could come while cleaning. I said ok as my 3 year old granddaughter was here to play with. Erica arrives with her daughter who is sick with a fever.she asks to leave and come back. She is gone at least 2 hours while taking her daughter to her mom. She started by cleaning the oven that I didn’t t request initially. She comes back. She didn’t get to both bathrooms. Floors were horrible. She dusted and things were not put back. Everything was not cleaned. I am so disappointed I felt I was being accommodating with her daughter, but house was not cleaned. She asked if she could have her alcoholic beverages while she cleaned. I agreed thinking she was gonna get the job done. In reality, it was odd to even ask. min addition, just realized my vacuum is missing after she asked to use it and my cleaning supplies. Second appointment. House cleaner- no show with no response from cleaner. No response from company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- they are extremely unethical. First, many of their cleaners are not professionally trained and most have little to no experience. However the main issue (which you will see all over their BBB profile) is that the cleaners frequently cancel and you must still pay the monthly fee. I had 5 cancellations in the last 3 months (received no services) and still had to pay the monthly fee for those months. When I corresponded with the company, they told me they were trying to address the issue but I would have to pay the considerable cancellation fee if I stopped the membership.

I have never written a review in my life but this is the WORST and most annoying service ever. They trick you with very cheap first cleaning but what they don't tell you is that you can't cancel your membership for first 4 months. If you try to cancel membership they charge you $150. Also the cleaners they send are just bad and incompetent. LOTS OF HIDDEN FEES AND JUST THE WORST SERVICE OUT THERE. BE SAFE

Don't use this company: 1. They do not do a thorough background check. The person that came to clean for me was not even the person that was in the photo on their online platform 2. They allow cleaners to bill you even if they do not show up for the appointment. 3. There are many hidden fees that they charge you (over and above the membership fee) 4. You cannot call them to fix problems. You have to emails them This is a very very bad service and my experience with them has been terrible. I am shocked!!!!

This company is a scam. No phone # to call or real care for any customer service. We had our wedding ring stolen from our home, but could not prove it because I didnt see them do it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We canceled the cleaning on Tuesday that was set for today. Our credit card was charged anyway. Hopefully we will get our money back but who charges without doing the work?

This is a FULL SCAM! Do not use this website. The contract and advertising is misleading and scamming. I cancel my membership and I was basically charged after all all fees $472 including the membership and the cleaning services. This is what happens if you cancel before the six months. I got a six hours job which would have not even cost me half of what I was stolen. I’m reporting this scam to the consumer bureau!

TOTAL SCAM. Terrible. They have a "We're here for you 100%. Your happniess. Guarantteed" claim on their site. Then the cleaners show up and do very little but your card on file gets charged regardless. If you request a refund, they reply that their cleaners are independent contractors so they can't refund without permission. Why wouldn't anyone give permission? Our first cleaner showed up 4 hours late and then left for over an hour for dinner, ended up finishing at 10:15pm. Second cleaner left the house filthy and then refused to even refund the 30% OPTIONAL cash tip we gave her before looking at the rest of the house (dumb on our part, yes, but still). If you want out, they make you THINK that all you would owe is the cost of the initial cleaning voucher (would have been $165 for 6.5 hours). But no... their theoretical "full price" is over $57/hr unless you sign up for their Forever Clean ( $50/month plus costs of cleanings)...So to get out, after two horrible experiences, no accountability and $150 in monthly charges, it was $290.50. Total scam.
