I want to give you some feedback on the services offered by Day Translations. I think Day Translations is very swift and professional. However, I wish it had been made more clear to me in the beginning that I could not obtain an apostilled document in my own state from their translation because they did not have local translators. The apostilled translation I received boldly showed that the apostille was for the state of Illinois since the apostille was obtained in Chicago. Since I am in the state of Arizona, I thought that the consulate might have a problem with this. In the end I did not use their translation for anything at all. I found a local translator who notarized the translation, and I then had the document apostilled at the Secretary of State of Arizona. Everything looked just the way it should for the consulate. Therefore, I spent time and a lot of money with this company for nothing in the end. I think that Day Translations can tell customers that they do not have local translators.

Honestly, I was skeptical when I first contacted Day Translations, because they replied to my emails so quickly and even called me in Korea to discuss some questions I had. I thought it must be an elaborate online scam. No, really I did. But then I realised it was because I wasn't used to such quick, efficient, polite and professional service. They quoted 2 days to complete all our work and were done in about 19 hours. I work with over 20 countries totalling approx. 8 languages, so I will absolutely be using Day Translations again and whole heartedly recommend them to anyone requiring fast and accurate work.
