Extremely incompetent and unprofessional
Mr. Hopwood, please read the certified letter I sent you. The reply I received was from one of your staff, filled with fluff, which insulted my intelligence, and it did not address the following issues. Once you respond to me directly and correct the following issues which I directly brought to your attention, I will be happy to reevaluate my position. Thank you. ________________ Extremely unprofessional, incompetent, and untrustworthy. I was hired to do a zoom interpretation and was sent tons of documents the night before at 9:40 pm on a Sunday night. I was up until 1 am doing those, and then the zoom host did not let me in as the interpreter, so they blamed it on me and did not even bother to give me the min agreed upon payment let alone the work I had gone over and over doing for them the night before. I am extremely disappointed in this company and the run around they gave me which further wasted my time and insulted my intelligence. As an officer of the court, an intelligent professional with a Masters' degree, and a reputable business owner, my coworkers and I will not be working with them until they step up, pay what is owed, and correct the incompetence instead of cover it up, falsely blame it on the interpreter, and give us the run around. I am busy with other clients and will not give them the time of the day.

Ms. Khabbaza: How are you? I believe this information is unfounded and not a fair representation of our company. We have paid you and we always do our best to keep our interpreters happy. We are not your enemy. We are a company that cares for and supports interpreters and this industry as a whole. I kindly ask you to re-evaluate your position regarding our company as we belief it's not true and unfair. Thank you, Sean Patrick Hopwood
