DAVOS has been such a stress reliever! I don’t know how I ever did without it. I love never having to worry about forgetting to file and pay my sales tax. I’m sure the comptroller likes it too.

So far Davo has made my life so much less complicated. They file my sales tax and quarterlies and I don’t have to try and remember or spend the time and possibly mess up. For those with a million other moving pieces, I highly recommend Davo.

After I signed up, it took DAVO about 3 months to file and pay my first GET. After the 30 day free trial, I continued with paying the subscription as DAVO also debited daily sales taxes, but I was not able to set up the online filing process with the local state tax authority. DAVO consultant kept telling me to correct and update my credentials which I had correctly, but never received proper guidance to set up properly while I was late in filing taxes. When I finally called the state tax online authority, I was informed that the State had never received a third party access request from DAVO which is a required process for Hawaii state tax in order to generate a verification ID process. I don't think this is something I would know without your proper instruction, and I am dissapointed with your follow up service after I addressed the issue several times. You should have proper guidance on how to set up properly since that should be part of your servicing providing for the fees that we pay.
