Colin in support was super helpful with several issues I caused with the Safe Harbor filing. Initially filing Safe Harbor was relatively easy using the BitcoinTax tool but I made several other mistakes because I did not fully understand how it worked. Excellent Tax Crypto software. I was worried it would be tough to use, because Im not a "technical" guy, and it was much easier than I thought. I did have some questions and they were answered promptly. I was walked through each question and I could see Colin really cared about making sure I understood how everything worked and guiding me through. I have used Bitcoin.tax since 2017 and think its the best software available to anyone because of its ease of use and the service team. I definitely recommend it.
