Nice have someone else responsible for the tax filings and reports. My only grip is that some months the sales tax return is only recording the second page of the return - this does not give me the total information including early tax discount to properly post my journal entry.

It’s all really good. It takes an equation off the table that I have to deal with however, I’d like to get a email or text when they make the payment to the borough better than that. It’s perfect. Everybody should do it. It’s a great relief one step you have less you have to worry about.

The piece of mind that I don't have to remember to hold sales tax out is wonderful. Out of site out of mind love it

Super easy to keep up with our sales tax. I wish I had used Davo from day one. The only drawback is that it doesn't help with preexisting sales.

very responsive to support requests. Will get the questions to someone who knows th answers. I have a very big filing with WA state for a mobile food truck in many locations. The POS system and the human errors make for several corrections in a filing. They are knowledgeable and get the corrections handled and ask questions when they don't understand. The only "complaint" is that initially before they understood my situation, at first, they were leaning heavily on the "normal" situation and let's just say my persistence paid off.
