Good paint kit!
The paint kit came with all the supplies that were necessary to complete the project. Canvas was easy to cover and the paints were in good shape. The brushes were a little uneven but okay to use. I'm going to buy another kit.

Excellent company to deal with
Excellent company to deal with. You can use the image generator to make a custom paint by number. Love it. Also the paint consistency is never dried out. And the paint covers the numbers unlike some other companies where you need to keep going over it to cover up the number.

Customer service is fantastic!
Customer service is absolutely top notch! I thought I was missing some items - I wasn't, they were there but when I contacted the company I heard back very quickly and my mistake was corrected based on their suggestion to look in a specific place. I am confident that had I had a real issue it would have been dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction. I will definitely purchase from them again. Thank you!

Mostly this was a good experience
Mostly this was a good experience. They have a great selection of paintings to choose from. Canvas is good and the paints very good. I bought 2 personalised paintings and 1 off the shelf. The results are pretty good but I have 2 criticisms. I found that the outlines on the canvas are very inaccurate. For example, i bought Santorini dream. This includes a hillside with a lot of typical whitewashed houses .however if you follow the guide and the paint numbers it'll come out as just a collection of blobs of colour. Same with flowers. So my advice is concentrate hard, on what it is your painting, don't just fill in sections with their colours. Use your imagination and creativity to make sure you get the finish you want. In my example I repainted the hillside to put in the little houses. Also think about what colour your using. For example a shadow is always a shade of grey but with this painting their recommended paints included beige, pink and green for shadows. Having said all that their service is good and I really enjoy it, especially improvising.

Hi Curt, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the selection, quality of the canvas, and paints, and that you had fun personalizing your pieces. We really appreciate your constructive suggestions on how to approach certain designs — your tips about focusing on the subject and using creativity will surely help other painters. We’ll also share your notes about the outlines and color suggestions with our design team so we can keep improving. It’s great to hear you still enjoyed the process and the opportunity to improvise. Mooie schilderijen

Super! ✨️✨️
I ordered a personalized and AI generated paint by number with 48 (got 52) colors. It is by far my best paint by number experience. It was fun, it came out very good, the painting was of good quality, the canvas likevise and it was well packed. I have all ready ordered several more paintings from this company. They also give quick response when you ask them a question. Thank you! ✨️

Desperate for feedback! You’re stressing the clients!
I hate how you just don’t leave me alone and stress me about offering feedback. SOME PEOPLE DONT DO IT and you should stop asking about it soooo many times!
Response from DavincifiedJul 23, 2025
Hi Raluca, We hear you — and we're genuinely sorry if our follow-ups came off as too much. We only ask for feedback to improve, but we understand it’s not for everyone. Just to clarify, we haven’t signed you up for anything without your consent — and you can unsubscribe anytime by clicking the link at the bottom of our emails. Also, we noticed you left us a lovely review earlier, which meant a lot! That’s why we were surprised to see a 1-star rating now. It does have a real impact on our small business. If you're open to reconsidering or updating the rating to reflect your actual experience, we’d really appreciate it. Best regards, Mary The Davincified Team
