I don’t usually write customer reviews but I will make an exception in this case. I ordered my second painting as a Christmas gift for my little girl. It appeared to be running late enough to not arrive in time. I emailed customer services and spoke with a lovely lady called Josephine. What a credit to customer support. Over numerous correspondence, she reassured me that everything possible was being done to ensure timely arrival. Thank you Josephine. I could not have asked more from you. You really went the extra mile and Davincified are lucky to have you. My little girl was thrilled with her gift and I will certainly be purchasing another painting in the near future.

Just completed the painting of “THREE GIRAFFES “, Yet again a great “Paint by numbers” layout, complete with good quality paints and standard brush set, Paint covers most of the numbers and lines with one coat. Suggest investing in a set of good quality small brushes as lots of small details to complete. Have now had several paintings from Davincified and been extremely happy with all of them. Keith Davies

Your customer service is amazing. I have very high expectations and you managed to meet them! I found the products delivered of higher quality than other paint by number companies I have done business with. I completed one of the three photos so far - all pre-framed and choosing the most colors. I would say that some of the paint by number instructions included the same color side by side and I modified this instead of having a large block of color and losing some of the detail. I will need to go over some of the sections once completed. I like adding my own embellishments anyways to make it my own. Looking forward to creating more designs from you!

Everything was perfect

I placed a large order with Davincified and was immediately impressed by the exceptional quality of the items. Everything feels premium and thoughtfully made. Yes, it’s more expensive than some other companies — but the quality absolutely justifies the price. There are also more affordable options on their site, but I love the results of painting with 48 colours and a pre-mounted canvas. I want to be transparent about customer service as well. My order was packaged so well that I initially thought part of it was missing and contacted support in error. When I realized my mistake the next morning, I reached out to apologize. They responded with the utmost kindness, patience, and professionalism, which I truly appreciated. One thing to note: shipping is 7-21 business days, so a little patience is required — but the quality and care make it well worth the wait. Beautiful products, excellent packaging, and genuinely lovely people behind the scenes. I will happily order again.

Do NOT under any circumstances buy from this company. Until you try calling customer service. They revert you to an email & you receive bot replies out of the Philippines. They say one thing. They do not deliver. My kit hasn't been processed going on two weeks. Their shipper is in China. They do NOT deliver. Don't make my mistake. I didn't really research them. Now it's too late The more I deep dived the more I noticed significant problems with the product. And customers saying the same thing. People are still waiting for the product after a month or two. I was promised by Wednesday. 17th. No response same reply. I am recent cancer survivor and this has caused me enormous stress. I'm sick because I really wanted it for a special Christmas gift. And nothing but tears. The shipping agent they use. Have terrible reviews and even sent me a reply that they have NOT even received it. Again. Do NOT buy. And Josephine in the Philippines with her sign off happy painting email. Even though she gives word salad. I know darn well I'm out of luck receiving this before Christmas. I would urge everyone to respond to their post on social media too. This site should not be the only place your voice is heard. Facebook Instagram X etc. If you see their post. Reply with the real story how they operate. Perfect example. They asked for more information even though I had the order number on this review. ORDER 20550 Update. I just received an email from Josephine in the Philippines. She stated there is no way of seeing where my product is at in real time. If that doesn't scare you. Nothing will. Once the shipper w low reviews gets involved. It's a gamble. UPDATE. Josephine in the Philippines. Sent email this morning. She only knows my product is in MY COUNTRY. She couldn't even say the United States. Once you pay them. It's a gamble. Research the negative reviews besides Trust Pilot. DO NOT BUY I am asking for a Full Refund.
