Items were as described, good quality painting by numbers sets. Excellent customer service, I was missing one of the paints and they made it easy and sent the missing items fairly quickly.

I had no problems with the company
I had no problems with the company. Materials arri ed as scheduled, paints covered well and it was relatively easy to paint .

The quality of the kit is very good
The quality of the kit is very good. Clearly printed canvas and quality canvas to paint on. I have done a few of these kits since Trump became president so I do not have to listen to him or his gang. This being said the quality of paint is excellent. The kit is packaged well. The only thing I found substandard are the paint brushes. I use my own brushes but I always try the kit brushes. The hairs of the brush started to come out. Other than that I was very happy with the kit.

Product is a promised
Product is a promised. Brushes are great. Color range is amazing. Quality of the canvas is great. I'm really enjoying the painting process.

They took my order and then I found a…
They took my order and then I found a company that I wanted more than this particular one. My email them to cancel my order within the very hour that I place my original order. They decide to ship my order anyways and now want to charge me a cancellation fee of 10%

Amazing technology
Amazing technology! There is nothing like a personalized paint-by-number to transport oneself to a stress free environment. Even if it's just for a few minutes a day.
