We bought my daughter's dress online. It arrived within the week and fit like a glove. The dress was absolutely beautiful.

I visited the Birmingham store and Hannah was amazing! She picked out the perfect dress that fit everything that I wanted within a dress. She also gave many options for accessorising the dress to give me more ideas. She was friendly, helpful and very patient. I also didn’t feel pushed into making a decision there and then but luckily this dress was the one!

Alesha was accommodating in the Watford store. She allowed me to look for dresses I liked and then picked some dresses that she thought would look good on me. I enjoyed my experience trying on dresses with her. Alesha made me feel comfortable and gave me all the prices on the items I wanted. Thank you again for a fantastic appointment.

Amazing experience buying bridesmaid dresses with the help of Gina in Watford. She help find a style which would work well for everyone and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

I had a magical experience here, travelling over 100 miles was well worth it. I had previously tried on 50 dresses, but coming here was phenominal: the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgable, with a a wide variety and huge selection of dresses (and other bridal options like suits and jumpsuits) the shop also does everything from jewellery to pyjamas. If you’re looking for something non conventional like I was, they have black dresses and prom dresses, if all coloured they also have amazing dresses for bridesmaids/ mother of the bride or groom. I’m coming back here after finding my dress (for half of my budget by the way!) to get all my other stuff for my bridesmaids and jewellery. Cannot reccomend this store enough, especially Ashleigh who was the friendliest calming spirit for my manic bridezilla state. She was knowledgable, efficient, and helped me find the perfect gown and veil. You won’t regret making an appointment at this store, take it from someone who’s visited 12 different ones!

Meghan our dress consultant at David's Bridal was wonderful and very professional. I gave her my full trust and confidence in picking out wedding dress options based on my preference, style, and budget. She then had 5 dresses for me to try on. I liked how she gives her take on each dress and helped me narrow down the dresses I actually liked. She had me wear the ones I liked for another round, so I can ultimately pick my dream wedding dress. Finally, I was able to find my wedding dress and even though it was not my size, she coordinated with their alterations team to find a way that it would fit me comfortably. Thank you Megan, and the whole David's Bridal team for making the whole process fun.

Visited the store today and Friday with my daughters and granddaughter for bridesmaid dresses. Assisted by Charlie and the whole appointment was fantastic. We tried on loads of dresses and Charlie was so attentive and productive knowledge was amazing. Would highly recommend this store to anyone as the selection of dresses, colours and materials were second to none. I thank Charlie for her welcoming and friendly manner.

Wonderful time at David's Bridal in Westfield. I found my dream dress on the Saturday - I think I knew as soon as I put it on, but I slept on it (and dreamed about the dress!!) and they happily found time for me to come in on the Sunday for a second go, which was very kind. All three - Lucia, and Laura and Debbie, made me feel so special and clearly the team work brilliantly together and clearly love their jobs (and know when a dress is The One!). Loved the whole experience. Thank you all!
