i went to david bridal Birmingham for my wedding dress. the staff are lovely and I even swapped my wedding dress on my second fitting as I was unhappy I'd picked the wrong one. my fault entirely but the manager and staff were lovely and allowed me to, saying if you don't feel like a bride in your 1st choice we can change the dress! the staff are friendly and alterations team are lovely too. i payed monthly payments for my dress and everything was explained clearly how my dress gets ready for my big day. i would recommend them. just can't wait for my big day. thankyou David bridal

I bought my prom dress there I am.in a wheel chair and my helper helped me put on my new dress there and went the extra mile they are very nice there my dress is beautiful and I love it. I wore it home and my helper pushed me out to the car and helped me get to the car they took good care of me I will always go there to Ontario Mills Mall

I attended the Watford branch with my sister and we were attended to by Julie. I found Julie very attentive, helpful and very experience in her area of work. I had six dresses in mind. However after trying on the first dress from my list, it did not fit right. Julie picked out a dress which was not from my list, but it was just perfect for me. I could not have asked for more. It was a very enjoyable experience. Full marks to Julie! Thank you so much Faithlyn

Excellent experience shopping here for a Prom dress. We were given lots of time and professional advice. The changing areas are very spacious and beautifully decorated which has a lovely feel to it. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking for either Bridal wear or a Prom dress. Anne P

Davids Bridal Birmingham, I can't express how grateful I am for all the help and support I received yesterday. Kristia helped us find our bridesmaid and flower girl dresses a few weeks ago and the attention to detail and she totally understood our vision it was obvious to me that when it came to my dress I knew she would be the one to make my experience one to remember and I wasn't wrong!!! I said yes to my dress and rang that bell!!!!! I recently visited the london Stratford store and was looked after by the lovely Mitzi. She listen to everything I asked for and also recommended a couple dresses that I would have not chosen myself. She was absolutely fantastic. I found my dream dress. She completely glammed me up and I felt amazing She didn't rush us at all and the whole experience was amazing! If anyone wanted to book there ask for Mitzi! Thank you so much Mitzi! Looking forward to seeing you again in a few weeks!

My wedding shoes have just arrived to the UK. They look exactley as they do on the website! I absolutely love them and will be 100% purchasing more. The delivery was very quick with no hassle. Thank you :-)
