We visited the Watford store yesterday to look for a prom dress for my younger sister. Although we were 2 hours early for our appointment, one of the ladies' Francesca said she would serve us anyway, which we really appreciated. She was extremely helpful and polite, and made what we thought was going to be a very stressful experience, an extremely enjoyable one! My sister left with a beautiful dress after a lovely time at the store; I will definitely be returning and requesting Francesca's services again, thank you so much for making the whole experience so easy for us!

I was shopping for prom dresses with a group of friends. The staff were very helpful and the store carried a wide variety of dresses. I found the perfect one!

I had been to David bridal three time with my family this pass year. I went this last time and found my perfect dress and the staff is so nice and helpful I loved it I would recommend them a 100 times over. Thank you David bridal your the best!!!!

Today I visited David's bridal in Westfield shopping centre in Stratford, London, with my daughter Laura . It was our second visit this time with her sister and 2 of her younger bridesmaids. The first time(a couple of months ago) we went into the shop with a list of the dresses that Laura wanted to see which she had noted down from the Internet in advance. Lucia C looked after us so well,she was knowledgeable, patient and listened to Laura's thoughts and ideas before choosing a selection of dresses for Laura to try on. We left the shop with a short list of 3 dresses to think about. On returning to the store today the dress was chosen and ordered and I have no doubts that this was down to the expertise of Michele the store manager, making the dress fit and making Laura feel confident and look amazing. Thank you so much,even for making us cry, happy tears of course. Lucia and Michele you really are a credit to David's Bridal
