I had such a great experience at the Middletown store Violene made me and my dress look perfect Beth was also great and made me feel good about myself when I couldn’t find a dress. Overall everything worked out but if I had to recommend This store to anyone I would send them to see Beth for their dress needs and Violene for alteration!!! Thank you so much David’s bridal and thank Beth and Violene

My customer service representative Lyn at David's Bridal South Edmonton was fantastic, she was extremely helpful and had printed off my favorites chosen on the website. She followed my budget and took me immediately to the rack that matched. Thank you Lyn! I found my perfect dress.

I went to the David's bridal in Canton oh. I loved leah.. she was so helpful and she actually picked my dress for me. The one dress I didnt think would look right was the one. My wedding is a spur of the moment I had literally 2 months to do this. My husband and I have been together for 10 years and finally decided to do this. Leah went over and above her call to help me. She got me into a beautiful dress and still remembers my name everytime I go into the store. Thank you leah!!!

I have visited David’s Bridals in Birmingham on 3 occasions, every time receiving excellent customer service. My daughter bought her wedding dress from Jess, who was extremely helpful but on this last occasion I was served by the manager Louise. She was also more than friendly, extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for me. I would recommend anyone with an impending wedding visiting this shop.

Extremely happy and satisfied with not only my wedding dress but with my alterations. Very reasonably priced and Maria was amazing to work with. Very sweet lady and very very talented at what she does. I trusted her with my dress and I definitely don’t regret that decision. She made me a very happy bride and I’m so excited to walk down the aisle in my dress!! Thank you Maria!!

I visited David’s Bridal on 28 May 2019 to look for bridesmaid dresses, I turned up without an appointment, but was able to make one for later in the day. Nothing was too much trouble, I really felt that they went out of their way to help me. There are so many lovely dresses to look at in every colour imaginable, my bridesmaids had a ball trying on different styles and colors, and with the help of the lovely Kate, we made a decision there and then on the style and colour. I was blown away by your excellent service, it was such a fun enjoyable afternoon and we all left so happy and excited for our big day. Jess was very helpful too processing our orders and making sure our beautiful dresses would arrive on time. I cannot thank you enough. I would definitely recommend you to any bride xxxx
