I went with my friend today as she was getting alterations for her dress and purchasing items. Ashley was absolutely amazing from David's Bridal in the Albany, NY store. Great customer service, amazing personality, and just overall had us leaving smiling. Thank you for all you do!

There were 3 weddings and multiple formals in my family and we all used David's Bridal to fulfill our various roles. The shop that used to be in Tuscaloosa, Alabama was the best. I mean amazing... They calm you when you are stressed. They kept us updated on new styles. The person that did alterations will turn whatever dress you have into a one of a kind. We all looked incredible. Went for an appointment yesterday with my mum, mother in law and 2 bridesmaids. Kelly was my consultant and she was absolutely amazing, really made me feel comfortable and excited about trying on the dresses despite me having no real idea about what I wanted. Kelly was patient and understanding and used her knowledge to help me find the perfect dress and I cannot thank her enough for that. She even let me keep my dress on while my bridesmaids tried on dresses for them, and the appointment way overran the hour and a half it should have been. Kelly and all the other ladies working didn’t seem mind and were all smiles the whole time, even after I had tried on at least 10 dresses and my bridesmaids at least 6! There was no push from Kelly to buy the dress there and then and she asked all the right questions to help me realise what I wanted. She was so friendly and welcoming and definitely made the whole experience so much better than I was anticipating. Thank you so much! X

I visited David's Bridals in Stratford, East London in August 2018 initially. I was getting married in July 2019 and wanted to start my search for my dress. I had looked at their website and at the appointment had let the stylist know the dresses I had liked. Along with these, the stylist brought a dress that she thought I would like. Having tried on the ones I liked, I tried on the stylist's choice and it was perfect!!! I ordered it there and then! The stylist was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout my visit. I ordered a size smaller as was still losing weight. and got to ring the bell!! When I returned in May for a fitting, the staff were once again so helpful. They agreed to hold my dress until 2 days before my big day so I could hide it from my fiance as long as possible. I also purchased my beautiful tiara from David's Bridals. It was heavy and stayed in place all day. It looked amazing in the photos. If you need to buy a wedding dress, a bridesmaid dress or an evening dress, do go along to David's Bridals as they have all colours, all styles and all sizes!! Thank you so much to all the staff at David's Bridals in Stratford!!

I was helped by Tiara C. at the Sunset Valley, Brodie Lane location in south Austin. Tiara was very helpful and had a really upbeat personality. She was easy to work with and made dress shopping seemingly less stressful. She even continued to help me for an hour and a half after my appointment ended. I would suggest her to anyone who is looking for some help on their special day!
