My sister and I attended David’s Bridal in Westfield and was assisted by the lovely lady Emma. Emma showed such amazing professionalism throughout and was great, she was patient, very friendly and knew what accessories would be the perfect match for the dress I tried. I would recommend Emma as your assistant as she made our visit a very pleasant one indeed, during these unfortunate times. Thank you Emma. 😊

Went back for 2nd visit. And it was 100%better than1st !!!!! Valerie. And store manager were wonderful. Couldn’t do enough to help and found exactly what I wanted and a smaller size which fit wonderfully They made my day and my husbands as well. Will definitely recommend. Thanks ladies this grandma of the bride. Is Feeling great and now looking great for the wedding

Originally went to the store at Mall of Millenia in Orlando in Feb 2019 to scout, ended up buying them back in UK at the Stratford Westfield store, seemed a bit unorganised and all over the place, took way longer than should have for a fitting for 5 bridesmaids as it seems they over booked themselves that day, we did not have a dedicated lady for the fitting as she was helping about 4 groups at the same time. But got a discount for the inconvenience and all dresses came in good time.

My original review was a one star. That review was based on my shopping experience. This review has to do with the alteration department in Friendswood, TX. My experience with them was great. My appointment for the alteration was on time, woman pinned up my dress, told me when it would be ready, paid, and left. Came back on day they said it would be ready, tried on the dress, perfect length, left the store. Good service with no issues. The alteration employee was extremely nice. She should train the sales people!

I went in to try on Mother of the Bride dresses on a Saturday evening. I didn't have an appointment. Zohreh helped me and went the extra mile. We used the David's Bridal Mother of the Bride color palette that is on the website and found a perfect dress and shoes!

I had a lovely experience shopping for a wedding dress at Stratford's store. My stylist Augusta and another lady, Marcia were very nice and helpful. They went above and beyond- nothing was too much trouble for them. They were very kind and this made the experience special. I ended up ringing the bell for an evening gown (before I even knew I wanted one!) I didn't find my dress DRESS, but found a lovely one for the evening! Thank you ladies for all of your help! I look forward to returning for a fitting. I would like to give a tiny bit of positive criticism to all of the ladies who work in store though, the morning after, when I was at work, I received two phone calls (from different people) regarding the review, not even a couple of hours apart, and it slightly spoiled the FAB experience I had with them. I felt a little bit 'hassled' for my positive feedback-- which was always going to be positive anyway :)

Hi I have just been at your store in Braehead with my daughter to buy 8 bridesmaid dresses and 2 flower girl dresses. The assistant who served us was excellent. However, the woman perhaps the supervisor, who was walking about with an ear piece in was very unwelcoming. Felt we were just making her shop untidy. The assistant as I said was great and we were happy with our purchases. Mother of the bride x

I went to David’s bridal at Westfield Stratford by myself on a whim as I had been unable to try some of the styles I liked in other boutiques as they were all too small. David’s bridal has the sizes and I didn’t have to limit myself as to which dresses I could try due to size. My consultant was Augusta, and she worked really hard to help me find what I wanted and I must have tried on 10 dresses in the hour and a half slot. Augusta also took photos for me as I had no one with me. Another lady on the floor (I didn’t catch her name) was also really helpful with suggestions and accessories. There was also no hard sell which I appreciated. That said, some of the dresses on the racks that I wanted to try Augusta said were being discontinued so no point in trying them. That to me begs the question as to why they are on the floor in the first place unless they were samples to sell. Also, the quality of the dresses was not too notch (I didn’t expect it to be, but also expected the prices to be lower as a result and was surprised when they weren’t really. The cheapest dress I tried was £850 and the most expensive £1200, which is comparable to the other shops I visited, but those dresses seemed better quality to me). All in all worth a visit and the staff were excellent. Stock maybe not so much!
