I went to David bridal looking for a prom dress I knew what I wanted for the most part a red sparkly dress I knew it would not be that hard to fine my friend had gone to David bridal the week prior to me and going she got amazing service had a girl with her the whole time who helped her threw evrything. This is why I decided to go here, I had horrible service there was 6 employees there and 2 other dress shoppers there is no reason I should not have been able to get help. I had 3 different girls stop in and see how I was doing for each one I had different questions and none of them got answered. I was waiting for help with shoes and I had talked 2 4 of the girls for help with shoes 1 of them stoped by 30 minutes later and asked what I was looking for a I didn’t know what size j needed and we started looking then she said I will let you continue looking and provided no help. When I went the pay they told me to sign up for rewards it took 20 minutes to get threw it all. Once I was done she didn’t even put on the 20% off overall I had horrible service the only thing I was happy with was the dress I found alone.

Still to receive the goods or a refund despite having paid in full and being promised collection with 1 - 2 weeks...11 months and counting.

Staff was rude and very unprofessional. As soon as my granddaughter and I entered the store a staff member very rudely and abruptly ask my granddaughter to get her mask over her nose. I work in customer service as well and would not ever have spoken to a customer in that manner. Then the person helping us to fit my granddaughter and the other brides maids dresses was lazy and not very helpful. She did not take any of the measurements on bridesmaids. She handed the measuring tape to me and my future daughter in-law and told us when we were done measuring the girls she would right down their measurements. She also was not very accommodating when it came to trying the dresses on. From the moment we were greeted coming into the store and all that followed during the appointment was needless to say a very disappointing experience.

I am extremely mortified with the service I received yesterday at the Scottsdale location. I was told my dress finally came in and I was also warned about the 7 day pick up policy. My wedding is Next weekend and I need alterations done to my dress. I get to the store and the manager Aslina I believe was her name handed over my dress and said here did not open the bag did not have any customer service skills at all. I told her I would like to try it on and buy a corset to go with it she then replied like I said all I can do is put you on the schedule for tomorrow. I said my wedding is next weekend I just need to buy a corset and she responded with "like I said tomorrow" I am beyond upset about the customer service that was provided.

Other than the politeness of the customer service staff, there is nothing good I can say about the experience. Online return policy is very unreasonable with only a 7 day return period. Event was canceled and only a few days past the 7 day time frame. They would only offer and exchange amounting for one item, when two were returned in mint, unworn with tags conditions. Just received merchandise for the exchange and is of poor quality and can not be returned. Terrible and very expensive transaction and feel that the situation was taken advantage of. Cannot and will never recommend this business to anyone. Terrible.

I am writing about my experience with an online purchase. I ordered several pairs of bridal shoes to try on. Due to Covid, I did not want to go into store after store looking for shoes. My order arrived except for one pair of shoes. I contacted customer service, and had the worst experience. I was told they had to contact the vendor, and after days of not hearing from customer service, I had to reach out again. Customer service told me to look around my neighbors house to see if they went there. They did not, in the end customer service offered me a discount to purchase the shoes again!!! Why on earth?! I was never given the pair, why would I even spend another penny at David's Bridal. Worst Customer Service Ever!

Awful customer service. Would not recommend this store anybody. If you want a good experience shopping for wedding dresses avoid this store at all costs

Ordered my dream dress online for my small COVID-friendly ceremony. The payment went through, and I waited for an order number that never came. Emailed them and they said they cancelled my order and the explanation is "the order did not generate" I used this credit card for years without fail and I 100% saw a pending transaction. Their system, or their partner Borderfree's system, have obvious flaws. I was told to replace my order but I came back to find my dress was sold out. I asked them to help and they made NO ATTEMPT at fixing things (no trying to see if stores carried it, no discount, no genuine apology), other than asking me to look for another dress so they can make more $. Now I'm out of a dress, short on time, have to either revisit my less favored options or just elope without a dress. COVID already cancelled my wedding. I'm so done at this point I don't even mind getting married without a dress.
