The staff were extremely helpful in helping my daughter pick out the perfect prom dress. We had the lovely assistance of Adam and Ernie in our first visit who were extremely friendly and patient. At my daughters fitting we had the wonderful assistants Shaz and Ernie who even gave us hair, makeup and jewellery tips! My daughter felt like extremely comfortable with all the assistants, absolutely brilliant service

I never take the time to write a review. However, the service received today at David’s Bridal in Watford was exceptionally good, so I thought I’d take the time to write a review. I had booked a last minute appointment for my sister to try on bridal dresses. Toni was helpful, enthusiastic and provided honest opinions. Toni really listened to what my sister wanted and went out of her way to look for alternative styles and suggested dresses which complimented her figure. She was also helped by her colleague Caroline who was also lovely and helpful and brilliant at picking out accessories. It truly was an amazing experience. This was made better by the fact my sister found her dress! I would highly recommend this store. If I wasn’t already married - I’d book myself a dress fitting! Thanks again.

Absolutely phenomenal! I can’t say enough about the service I received today. Having fewer months and many more lbs than I would have liked to have before my wedding, I was dreading today. I knew it would take a miracle for me to feel right in anything and an angel called Toni blessed me with her skill, talent, humour and humility. Along with a helping hand from the lovely Caroline. Thank you so much for having me leave with a smile and a dress I can’t wait to wear. See you soon 🥂💗😉

Watford Store - Lovely staff and Service! I visited the Watford store today to pick out a hostess dress for a wedding in August. I may as well have been a bride the way I was treated. The staff were so lovely! And despite a drama when I fell in love with a dress they couldn't get in the colour I needed I ended up getting one that I loved just as much (if not more!) Sharon was my consultant and she did a lovely job! I tried on so many dresses! Sharon put me at ease straight away, I am normally a girl who lives in jeans, she guided me through dress choice and gave me her honest opinion on what would suit me. I was encouraged to take my time and she was so patient as I went back and forth between which dresses could be an option. Lovely service! Can't wait to pop in and pick up my dress!

Very thankful for the exemplary service we received choosing my daughters dream Prom dress. Special thanks to our Stylist, Shkendie as well as Asta, they made my daughter feel super special whilst sharing their professional advice, both were exceptional and wonderful. Would also like to highlight the service provided by Ernie, he attended to my daughter when we returned to try on the dress following minor alterations. Ernie, being a man was mindful and very respectful in his approach towards my daughter, he also shared useful tips & tricks on how best to get into the dress. Huge thanks to Natalie who following a mix up, quickly resolved things in store. Lastly, would like to extend our appreciation to all the staff who attended to us in one way or another from the Receptionist, Shazna and Elizabeth! Abigail at Market Pointe II @ Spokane Valley Mall helped my niece with her bridal dress selection experience. She was so helpful, skilled, and fun...and I could tell she loved her job. She did a great job and this auntie appreciates it! Thank you, Abigail!

Today I was helped by Julie who was fantastic. At what I though was going to be a stressful experience julie made me feel at ease and found some excellent options for me to try on and made my whole experience seamless. I found my perfect dress and couldn’t be happier! Thank you!
