On Saturday 12 June, I decided to purchase a dress for for a wedding in three weeks! A huge thank you to Julie (Watford store) for her patience, encouragement and suggestions in helping a reluctant shopper to find a lovely gown. When I said I needed a second opinion before making a decision, Julie suggested returning the next day with a friend even though there were no appointments available. On my return Julie was again very helpful despite having another appointment/ customer. Thanks also to Caroline for her reassurance around alterations.

We came to David's bridles on 16th June and was greeted by a young girl who was called kadie and she was very helpful, polite and accommodating, nothing was to much trouble for her, plus she was also dealing with another bride, lovely girl she is an asset to you company

I visited the Birmingham store in search for a wedding dress and found the one after only trying on 2 dresses. Shirin is absolutely amazing at her job, she knew instantly the kind of dress that would suit me & her customer service is fantastic. Louise the store manager was an absolute delight to speak to & I recently had an alterations appointment with Paulina who is just one of the loveliest people I have ever met. Thank you to everyone at David’s bridal!

When we went to purchase my daughters prom dress today Sian was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and made the shopping experience a real pleasure. She is a credit to the store and we came away with a beautiful dress, shoes and some jewellry

We visited David’s Bridal in Watford and for a large chain we were pleasantly surprised to find a very personal service. Julie was our stylist and she was wonderful. She helped us through the process and gave good advice on how to go through the dresses and go back and shortlist and finally choose the right dress. She helped find the perfect accessories to set off each dress perfectly. She was always careful to help without influencing the decision with her opinion. Thanks to Julie it was a perfect experience and we chose the perfect dress.

Lindsey was AMAZING. She took she through, picked dresses (some I wouldn't have picked) and I tried them on. The dress I got was one I wouldn't have chosen to try on. I love it and it looks great!! She made this shopping experience wonderful.

I had a great experience, being a bridesmaid and 32 weeks pregnant-Shabana from Westfield Stratford made me try on a dress I thought would be too little for me. I'm very happy she insisted as it worked out perfectly and I felt amazing on the day of the wedding. Thank you Shabana

What a great experience we had with the Freehold store! We did not have and appointment and were surprised we had no wait. The store is clean and very organized. Cait helped us and she understood exactly what we were looking for. She was professional and friendly, as was the entire staff. We will definately use the store in the future and forgo mall shopping!
