This has been the worse experience I’ve ever had with David’s Bridal. The shoes was sent to my house dirty and not only they dirty I order a size 8.5 they sent a 9.5 and I have a wedding to attend Saturday they will never get my business and again there custom service suck. This has been the worse experience I’ve ever had with David’s Bridal. Unfortunately the dress didn’t show up as it was pictured on the website which I paid expedited shipping to make sure it arrived on time for my event. Now I can’t get another dress and will have another fee taken off what I’ve already paid to return the incorrect item. David’s Bridal use to be a better store to find what you needed for any special occasion. I’ll never order from here again! Good luck to those that want to take a chance and waste your time and money!

Horrible service. Getting daughters senior year homecoming dress and everything with them was a disaster. The only people there that were friendly and helpful couldn’t help. Said that the dress would be altered and cleaned because there was an ink stain and went to pick it up today and there was the ink stain. Took an hour to get it taken care of. Wish we would have went somewhere else. And then today to add to it the area that they cleaned now has dried and there is a faint purple stain but still stained.

Would give a negative rating but it’s not an option. Had to order flower girl dresses, they took 3 months to come in and when they did they did not fit. Ordered 4 flower girl dresses and not 1 of them fit. (Yes they were measured in store) Tried to exchange them but they did not have one to fit one of the flower girls. I WAS TOLD SO SORRY NOTHING WE CAN DO FOR YOU. After an hour on the phone I finally got customer service to help me get a credit for the dresses but now I have a credit and no dresses for a November wedding. Would not recommend them at all. Even customer service was horrible

David’s bridal shop online store will ship dresses that have been returned multiple times because they are either not sized correctly or defective.There is no live person to speak with in customer service. Then you need to pay a $17 return fee. Definitely not worth your money or time.

I have ordered from David’s Bridal TWICE. The first it was a whole mess, they canceled my order because they didn't have my dress in stock or so they said. Come to find out that they did have it in stock and although I got it on sale, they charged me the full price and it was resolved by reimbursement. However, I thought to give them a second chance because I wasn’t happy with my first dress. Well, my dream dress was on sale and I was able to buy them - I felt so lucky that I could get the dress I truly wanted. Then, they canceled my order. When I messaged them, they stated that they couldn’t fulfill the order because they didn’t have the inventory - then why was I able to buy the dresses in the first place? I spoke with customer service where they attempted to change the dresses and when we couldn’t find anything suitable- they told me two stores had the dresses and since it was in store, they couldn’t do anything about them so I needed to call. I did call and both stores stated that they didn’t have them in stock. I’m so exhausted, disappointed and dismayed. I don’t think I could ever use David’s Bridal again. I don’t think I could recommend them to anyone else. Please stay away if you don’t want to be disappointed.

I purchased a wedding dress last weekend (paid full price) on Saturday but have decided to request a refund on Day 7 - the following Saturday which is within 7 days from the purchase date that IS covered by the refund policy - as stated on the website and on the receipt). I called DB and was informed that my refund request falls outside of their refund window which made absolutely no sense at all! They advised me to come into store and speak with the Store Manager. I went to Stratford and requested my refund - manager refused and tried to provide a dodgy interpretation to their returns policy - she told me that I could escalate this matter with their marketing department but they will just simply reiterate the refusal and offer either store credit or an exchange which I do not accept nor am I interested in. I have already escalated this matter to DB's corporate office and other third party members are involved now because this is a total scam. For all future brides, please BEWARE / AVOID David's Bridal and do not go wedding dress shopping alone over there, they're very pushy and only want to make a sale on your first visit with no regard to the bride's experience. Please don't waste your time with this shop - once you pay for the dress, the customer service becomes non-existent. This has been my WORST bridal shopping experience and I would not recommend this shop to anyone, I have already warned every bride-to-be that I know to avoid this store & go to a genuine and honest shop instead.

I would not recommend to anyone to go to David’s Bridal after the dreadful and stressful experience I had. I found my wedding dress at the Stratford store in August 2019. I really loved it but it was ordered completely wrong. I found out that my dress wasn’t ordered in the colour I had tried on even though I was told the dress came in one colour and I wanted the dress with the train and it was ordered without! All the store could say to me was it was “human error”! The only human error was me getting my wedding dress from there! I had to reorder my dress and thankfully we had to postpone our wedding to this year because if I was still getting married in 2020 I would have not had a dress for my wedding. After they reordered my dress, they wanted upfront payment. They wanted to charge me double the price they had originally charged me which I did not agree to as the changes were not because I changed my mind but because of their staff not knowing how to order dresses correctly! They reluctantly gave me a discount after the store manager saying she could lose her job and she has children to feed…what did that have to do with anything?! They made a mistake and I had to pay for it? Absolutely not! When my dress was ready for collection, at this point I didn’t trust anyone in that store and I demanded that I saw my dress before I paid for it. They again reluctantly agreed and thankfully it was correct. I then needed my dress altering. I tried calling alterations for 3 weeks and I left my number with the store and still to this day nobody has got in touch with me. In a way I am glad they didn’t alter my dress as I have lost so much trust in the store and company. Horrendous experience, they definitely did not make me feel like a bride. Even the one star is too much to give them.
