Fanstastic service from Kate at David's Bridal on 5/10/21. Kate really listened to me, gave honest advice and was very knowledable with every dress designer, styles and fabrics. I felt at ease, confortable and had a lovely 1.5-2 hours wedding dress shopping experience without any hard sales. I highly recommend visit Davids Bridal :)

I said yes to my perfect wedding dress! Thank you so much to Mags the stylist at the braehead shop. Everything about the experience was so magical. They made me feel so comfortable and listened to what I had asked for but also helped me find the perfect wedding dress, I can’t thank them enough for the best experience x

Thank you! It is 6 days before my son's wedding and my husband saw my dress and told me that it was not flattering on me. I was crushed! I went into the Store in Sioux Falls and Angelina & Natascha greeted me in my hysteria with a Hug and told me they would take care of me. They assured me that I would feel beautiful for my son's wedding. We found a new dress & shoes. They stayed late to help me and the dress did not require any alterations. They exceeded my expectations and handled the situation as professionals with caring hearts. I can not thank them enough for all that they did for me in a stressful situation.

5 stars for the consultants, this girls work very hard to make their commissions, sometimes they don't sale and don't get paid. 1 star for customers service, their policies are for you to loose. When you order your dress not necessarily they will give you a new dress it will be off rack from other David's store, this garment will go through REPAIRS. Look for deodorant stains, snags ,broken zippers, etc. The garment will be handed to you in a seal plastic bag, if you don't inspect it in front of them they will no do refunds or exchanges.
