Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Misleading with what’s available. When trying to return a dress that came incorrectly the manager, Sophie Price, refused to speak to us. After much back and forth we were told she would call us within an hour, but 3+ hours later nothing. Returned to the store where she was radio’d to speak to us and replied that she would be down in a few minutes. 20 minutes later we were told that she was in a meeting and wouldn’t speak to us that day. That she wouldn’t be available all day even though we stressed the importance that we speak as we are not local. A hundred other poor things not mentioned but this was the final straw. Will not return. Our bride had to stay in the car when we returned because she was too worked up about the poor service.

Do not shop at David's Bridal if you are expecting assistance with your sizing and selection, or if you want quality products. I was rushed thru a booked appointment having to choose my own dresses to try on when I didn't know what size would be appropriate. Therefore, everything I tried didn't fit or suit my body type and was a total disaster. I ended up ordering a dress that my mother had tried on in a size that I hoped would work and when it shipped to my home it was ripped, stained and had a pull in it!!! This is after I requested that the store associate look it over carefully as it was coming from a location far from my home and I couldn't go there in person and she assured me "it was perfect". I have never been so dissastisfied with customer service or a purchase at this price point in my life and I will never recommend or shop at David's Bridal again.

Spent hundreds of pounds on a dress only for the store to order a size way too big for me and then refusing to take it back. Biggest scam out there and the staff were rude and unhelpful. I am now left feeling uncomfortable and upset over my dress which I'm gonna have to spend a lot more money on just to fit into it

Absolute bunch of unhelpful and unfriendly people. My dress was sent to me in a box and when I opened it the dress was vacuum packed! After being packed in plastic for goodness knows how long moisture had got behind all the beads and ruined them. The flowers were also water marked. I cannot tell you how many times they fobbed me off, told me they would get it fixed, made appointments then said no-one could see me. It went on and on and is still going on. They made the experience a nightmare. Terrible awful people.

David's Bridal - Westfield Stratford - London UK. I ordered a bridesmaid's dress for my daughter this summer (2021) for a wedding in Autumn 2022. First comment, the front of house staff were not that friendly. Secondly, when the fitter measured my daughter she said because the wedding was in a years time that she would leave some additional material to adjust and we could book in an alterations appointment 3 months before the wedding. When the dress was ready to collect (after taking 15 minutes to find the order on the system, despite my providing them with the receipt and email), we were asked to check the dress and sign that it was as expected. I asked if my daughter could try it on. The answer was a firm no. It had to be tried on at home and we could book to come back in if it required any immediate alterations and it had to be done within 10 days of receipt of the email that the dress was ready for collection. Also, we had to purchase the bag to take the dress home in! When the dress was tried on at home, the length was over 1 foot too long! I called and booked an appointment to go in the following week. We were asked by the alterations team the shoe height. We were not sure yet, so informed we would need to find out and come back. The bodice did not fit AT ALL (i.e. would need a lot of adjustment). I booked in another appointment to be informed that all alterations were chargeable. This was not communicated when we purchased the dress and very misleadingly "sold" as part of the package. For example, why did the fitter not ask about the shoe height at the outset and measure it to be over 1 foot too long. When I asked for an estimate for the overall alterations, they came to nearly the same price as the dress itself. I am extremely disappointed and annoyed at the misleading sale and lack of clarity on alterations. If I could rate the experience as a zero I would.

Didn’t like my experience. I bought my dress a week and 3 days ago. They had to order my dress so it wouldn’t be here until the 14th of December. I called today to see about a refund and was told it’s past the “7 days” even though they were closed for holidays. And even tho I haven’t even received my dress.

I went to Davids bridal to buy accessories, shoes and a purse; am MOG for a May wedding. Both had to be ordered on-line by the associate at the store. the purse was not in the store so I could NOT see if the color matched with my dress (I had brought dress to the store). It was ordered 11/3 and arrival estimate was 11/13. I asked the associate if the 7 day return policy was from 11/13 and I was told yes. Items came in and purse did not match and store manager said I could not get a refund it was past 7 days. It look 10 days to ship!!!! If I had ordered it on-line myself would not the policy be 10 days from my receipt of the item. I am so unhappy! Will never go back to Davids bridals again. I can return to Amazon or Macys etc with no trouble at all but NOT TO DAVID's. I am incensed

Check their hidden return policy before you order. 7 days. I ordered 3 shrug/wrap jackets online to try with the dress I was wearing to my daughters wedding. I kept one, wanted to return the other two. You have to order online, because they have very little inventory in the store. With the wedding so close, I did not get to return the other 2 until after the wedding, which was longer than 7 days. I never thought to check the policy as I thought all reputable retail stores had at least a 30 day policy. A lot of money down the drain for 3 jackets I will never have use for again. I will never shop at Davids again.
