Visited the Watford store this after with my bridal party looking for 5 bridesmaids dresses all a variety of ages from 11-40 Our assistant Toni was absolutely amazing from start to finish she made the who experience so enjoyable the little personal touches of there names on the changing door She actually knows her job so well she picked something the girls didn’t pick and said for them to try them on within our hr time frame all 5 girls had there dresses she was very attentive and made the whole experience so enjoyable has has all laughing and the girls rang the bell which made my younger bridesmaid feel so special If you ever visit Watford store and get Toni your going to love your time there I’d highly advice her to pick those dresses 🤣

Sophia again has been truly amazing with her alterations she is fantastic patient and made me feel so welcome and nothing is to much trouble . Suzie was also very helpful with my dress fitting . Thank you so much 😍x

Our journey started with an over excited and emotional mother of the bride and a bride open to ides on dresses walking around bridal shops in Birmingham to see whether we can find that one dress for a special day. We were just looking but when we first stepped into David's Bridal on Cannon Street, we were greeted warmly by Shannon who efficiently explained what the process was in their shop and asked just the right questions to get an idea of where we were and what we wanted. Lydia soon joined us and was amazing. She listened attentively, was very helpful, new her designers and dresses extremely well so she could make constructive suggestions when needed, knew exactly how to calm the nerves of a bride and spotted her correct size a mile off. It was very clear she loves her job and knew exactly when to take a step back and when to offer advice. Knowing we were in the good hands of someone who genuinely wanted us to have the best dress and make the bride feel on top of the world made the process a lot easier, comfortable and enjoyable. After coming back for a fitting for the wedding dress we spotted a few beautiful dresses. With Leanne's assistance we purchased this lovely one shouldered satin A-line dress which absolutely stunning on. Leanne knew just the right accessories to complement the dress and match the taste of the individual. Whenever we go to David's Bridal the bridal assistants are nothing but attentive and sincere in their advice. They make what could be a very difficult and stressful situation enjoyable and special. Final Fitting: (Google would not allow me to post a separate review so had to add on) Planning a wedding can be one of the most exciting and emotional journeys anyone can partake. Choosing a wedding dress and where to get it from is a very important part of that journey and if not done correctly it can have a detrimental effect on everyone and thing involved. Our journey with David's Bridal on Cannon Street in Birmingham has been nothing but smooth, fun and a blessing as they have made every moment special and unique. Lydia - who has been with us from beginning to end, Shannon, Kate and Leanne are not only a credit to the company but have a beautiful way of putting you and what you want first. We will definitely be going back for any dresses we need for that special occasion as the service is top class and we could not ask for more. The wedding dress is a plunging cap sleeve open back tulle wedding dress by Oleg Cassini - ABSOLUTLEY stunning when on. It hugs all the right places. The mother of the bride wore a sequin lace and Mikado high low hem gown with bow by David's Bridal. Five stars is not enough and we have recommended this store and its assistants to friends and family.

Vanetia was the best person to help me find my wedding dress and veil. Perfect service and I love this location. Nicest people ever. Tukwila Wa... Best Ever!!!

Absolutely had an amazing time with my sister picking a ball gown on Monday our sales assistant Niamh was just wonderful and I tried on about 8 gowns nothing was any bother it was actually a really lovely experience and I go back this Tuesday for alterations to my dress highly recommended for service and prices Marilyn McNab
