I've had a very positive experience with David Kind. My try-on set arrived quickly; the optician who assisted me was friendly, responsive, and detailed- taking the time to discuss my needs and available lens options. The frames are very nice but more importantly, I've found the lenses to be of high quality. How they do it with just a photo I have no idea but these progressive lenses are every bit as good as the expensive lenses I buy from my doctors office. I've purchased from other on-line retailers, and while they have fun frame options, the lenses are insufficient while working at a computer on a daily basis. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from David Kind again.

I was happy with how well my glasses and service came out the first time so I purchased my second pair of glasses almost seven years later. Glad to see the craftmanship and service is just as good as it was then. Many thanks and thank you for giving my old glasses some love via the refurbish program. <3

These frames are exact replacements for my favorite pair of frames that I had purchased years ago from David Kind but recently broke. So glad that they continued to offer them.

I consistently receive compliments on my frames and, having owned 3 pairs now over the past several years, I have always been impressed with the design, quality of craftsmanship and high caliber customer service I get from David Kind. Got new prescription added to my sunglasses. They are perfect. Even though I've had the frames for maybe 3 or 4 years, they came back looking brand new with the prescription update. Thank you!
