One of the easiest programs to use of its kind! Saves lots of time.

I have been using your software for years and love it! I recommend you to everyone I run into that is an appraiser!! I wish I could be on your Beta team for Colorado ... I keep asking - but have yet to get your call!

You’re company has helped me tremendously with my turn time, minimized errors on the efficiency of the information for my comparables and data consistency. May Boyakins

Available, trustworthy data!

Great program! Really helps complete a quality report

I would recommend DataMaster to any appraiser who wants to cut down on time for every appraisal. Also, the 1004MC data capture tool is great!!!!

DataMaster is a huge time saver for me. It cuts down about an hour on the time required to type up an appraisal. Since it transfers the data of the subject property and each comparable sale as it appears in the MLS and/or the county tax records, it eliminates the chance for typos/errors in data transfer which can often happen when typing everything by hand. Signing up for DataMaster four years ago was one of the smartest things I did for myself and my appraisal work. It has more than paid for itself and I don't think I could go back to doing it the "old" way again.

Saves so much time, very helpful.
