I had a problem uploading condo data to my software. Repeated calls did not solve the problem. The day I asked for, and I believe his name is Rick, the president, the problem was solved in a few hours. So I had to ask for the boss to get anything done. The problem was fixed and we are happy. However, I have started doing the desktop appraisals for Wells Fargo which is a new form. After inquiring for over six months I just stopped asking if DataMaster was going to include this in the product lineup. I asked several times if this new form was going to be made available and have never received any kind of answer. I really do like the product and it has saved me time. The vast majority of the time DataMaster makes my life easier. Like any new company it appears growing pains are taking their toll. I do have faith that these issues will get resolved. Thank you all.

Very happy with DataMaster. Excellent service and I've dealt with two employees there that were excellent, as well: Richard Rogers & Joanna Denos. I've recommended DataMaster to every appraiser I know & I'll continue to use it. Very honest company, with the bookkeeping/accounting. I do hope their technology gets better with GPAR forms. 5 Stars!
