DataMaster for AppraisersReviews of datamasterusa.com

This is a great tool. When I have had technical issues, data master was always available

It is good, but rarely pulls closed sales data that are over 3 or 4 years old. Most of the time, I need to pull by pin. Then it is a 50/50 shot anything will be down loaded.

Great product overall, however set-up instructions are a little clumsy.

Some things do not transfer when merged even though setting are correct.

Great product! There is always room for improvements for everything so keep that in mind! It is very functional and useful and saves plenty of time per report so I do like this product and thank you!!

Very Good--Ijust need to load in a few more defaults

It saves me so much time. Occasionally it will download data that is incorrect into the market conditions form, such as saying there are 4 competing listings, when there are 3, and I have only checked 3 for export. That is the only reason I don't give 5 stars. Excellent customer service.

great time saving tool
