Datalot provides a powerful set of tools along with access to a high number of warm leads. The ability to listen and review each call with a salesperson is very valuable, as is the scheduling tool. The cost per lead is on the high side but my best salesperson can close at a high enough rate to make this program economically viable. While there are filters available, I would like to see a broader set. My Account Executive, Micaela, has proven to be a great advocate for Datalot and for me. She has trained my salespeople and provided valuable suggestions on how to use Datalot more effectively. Micaela's enthusiasm and energy knows no bounds. I gave it four stars instead of five because this program is not for everyone - you must commit the resources (people and $$) and time to make it work. I give Micaela five stars!

Overall I have had a good experience working with Datalot. My account rep Michael Barasch has been excellent and communicates very well with me. He is always asking how they can improve the business and how he can get me more qualified calls. Michael is always All in all, I am happy and satisfied with the service I have recieved.

we receive warm leads from data lots. extremely good leads. always real people looking for real quotes. cant beat that.

Datalot is a very good live transfer service. My Datalot rep Jon Ramos is deserving of 5 stars, as he has assisted me in understanding how the system works, and has provided me with excellent customer service. At times, it is frustrating when a prospect has lied to the intermediate phone rep, and we find out about a pre-existing condition or another reason why there are issues precluding us from moving forward with the sales process. Sometimes Datalot will credit me, and other times they do not.
