Great service. Would have given 5 stars but the return process has been a little iffy lately.

We have had some problems with Datalot, but Ihsan Idrees has been able to help us in most situations. In the areas where he can't help us, he's always kind and understanding. Ihsan also takes the time to explain things when we don't understand. He always is patient and works to find a possible resolution. Most of the problems have been with overzealous Datalot representatives who push customers through to us either without prescreening them properly or who force customers to get a quote. Datalot is usually fast in responding to refunds and if we feel we did not get a refund we deserved, Ihsan is fast to take it to the billing department on our behalf. Overall our experience has been positive, although I would say the leads are not as quality as once promised.

LEADS CONTINUE TO IMPROVE THROUGH FILTERS BEING CHANGED TO GIVE US THE BEST QUALITY LEADS POSSIBLE. OUT ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE IS ALWAYS EAGER TO HELP AND ASSIST WITH ANY ISSUES WE MAY BE HAVING AND OFFERS SUGGESTIONS TO MAKE THINGS BETTER

Great Account services.

We've had a good experience so far! The leads come as promised or the return feature is simple. Only reservation is that returns (even one's for a client that already has auto insurance with our carrier, where there is truly nothing we can do with this lead) count against us. So we have to choose within 24 hours to swallow the cost of the bad lead or to potentially impede our ability to get new leads. Other than that, Datalot is easy to work with and we love having an assigned rep to help us or give feedback if we need it.
