Awful leads with a majority not having addresses.

Lead quality is terrible. Over half of the leads I have received have had no insurance, and most of the rest have not had 6 months continuous. They refuse to credit bad leads, and my account manager has not emailed me back in three weeks. DO not waste your money with DATALOT!!

Unfortunately I could not rate this without a star! Datalot sucks! I'm an insurance producer and was referred to this company for what I believe now was so that they could get an extra $100 for the referral. We paid $1000. What a rip off! Take your money someplace else. I'm in Northern California and all calls were coming from Southern California. They said they were going to fix several times and then I ended up getting no calls at all. The filtering is a joke! I was told if i paid top dollar for quotes $25 to $50 a lead I would get the best leads but what i get is a person who really did not want a quote to begin with or they have DUI, SR22, accidents and tickets, for life insurance, people that had medical issues, smokers and elderly people. Don't waste your time with this company they will tell you one thing in the beginning and what you end up with is totally different.

Tried this service for the first time and it was clear the quality of people they sent my way where all high risk - more than half did not meet the filter criteria that was agreed upon - the issue I found was once you have signed up they will through the world at you and then you have to fight with them to get your money back because they sent you bogus prospects. They just proved to me that purchasing leads is doing business with a vendors that scam you with desperate people attempting to find cheap insurance. Besides if folks are shopping on price only - you will loose them next price increase -

No real Leads. Tried to turn it off still sent calls through. Asked for auto only was receiving home leads.

Terrible, terrible leads. I wasted over 3k on leads through data lot. Most of the calls i received were people who were called from Datalot and were frustrated and asked me if I know how to 'get these guys to stop calling me'. They didn't even know the call was about health insurance. with my group of agents, using alternative live lead companies we produced over 3 million last year and with data lot 0 dollars-not ONE sale was qualified or credited from Datalot after spending over 3k. Do not waste your money here. There are other companies who offer people who are qualified and offer you to return calls or leads if they are not qualified (Datalot claims they do, but they must be severely sick to be accepted)

Rude, deceptive, and dishonest-- terrible customer service to boot Micaela does not answer phone calls, says she will call, does not follow through, her partner Johnathan is worse than her says he will do something does not do it, I asked them to setup a new campaign for me and its been 2 months with no word. Secretary is the most offensive, antagonizing, unprofessional person I have had the pleasure of speaking to. The worst is the supervisor who started out sounding professional and then quickly turned into an ogre of a man, started yelling and screaming how he is understaffed and tried every trick in the book to disregard all of my concerns and told me to shove off, that I am not purchasing their 100/lead like his Allstate customers and told me I was a waste of time. I tried calling the concerned gentleman messaging below, got a voicemail and did not call back, they also tried to discredit my post by saying it was not a real customer, I will follow this through if I have to fly to Denmark and tell them how bad this company is. BEWARE!

Datalot is as good as calling out of a telephone book. They have commission sales people setting appointments to make a commission and they put anybody they can on the phone with you. You can do better calling straight out of the phone book for free. I’ve been very successful in the sales business for 35 years and I’ve experienced bad leads… This is worse. Don’t use them ... give your money to a charity. Don’t donate to a bad company. Denise Sluman was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful.
