Ihsan provides great service. We commonly get connected with customers who say that they were told by the agent they were being connected with Progressive or Geico and get confused/upset that they get connected with Farmers and not who they requested. Also have customers tell us that they didn't inquire about getting a quote but had an agent reach out to them. So there are some misleading issues which we end up getting charged for but we hope that this gets cleaned up which would lead to better quality leads and prospects.

Datalot has been a great tool for creating quoting activity for my agency. Much better than other internet lead options.

I have used datalot off and on for the past 2 years or so. Volume is good and price is in line with what other companies charge. It is a little tough to get some refunded at times, but usually goes pretty smoothly. Ihsan has been helpful when troubles arise in this area.

We cant seem to get 'balanced' lead delivery across my agencies. Its a point of frustration with the staff. Otherwise the service is generally what is to be expected of a lead provider, some bogus leads, some quality leads, some that look like the telemarketer was calling friends and family to meet a quota or pay level. Most of the time the credit process is straightforward, but for the cost of these leads, a higher level of quality assurance should factored into the lead generation process. Overall a positive experience that we feel the product provides a satisfactory ROI

5 stars for my account manager, 4 for Datalot overall. Most of the time I speak with people who are genuinely interested in meeting with me or receiving a quote. Sometimes they claim to have been baited and switched but its all about what you do with the lead once you have it that counts. Datalot's platform is user-friendly and my account manager has been wonderful to work with.

Our account manager is great. He's always been very helpful and a very fast responder. He gets resolution which is so important as his role and always keeping his clients happy is a priority which shows a lot. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is for the pricing of the leads. I've used several lead services for 3/4 of the price with the same quality leads. if you're paying avg $30/lead it should have a high closing ratio with a lot better potential clients other then the pricing I really cant complain about anything else. experience and customer service has been great

Ihsan Idrees is very helpful and accommodating. He also tries very hard to keep me happy and full of leads by offering little nuances to help gear our leads to us.
