The leads tend to be great, however call volume is low.

Katte has been extremely helpful and quickly responds to any questions I have. Other Staff members have been very pleasant as well. However I did not give full stars though because I was not aware when I first signed up that the price of my bid would need to be raised in order to receive a steady number of calls.

Great company to do business with. You have to make sure your filters are what you want and have the ability to stay with the campaign for a minimum of 90 days and you will see results. My customer account rep Clint Morris is always there to help me out when I experience issues and they are great at cost sharing with Allstate.

Much better as of late. Used to have problems getting ahold of our account manager but that seems to be resolved. Main issue is the inconsistency with returning calls. Seems like they are quick to deny returns without even listening to the situation resulting in us having to send a fair number of returns to arbitration.

Your lead quality is only average at best. Your people are great to work with but I am not getting the return I anticipated.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is I think the income level is to low. If it could be made 35k for individual, 50k for couples and 70k for families it would improve the quality. The good is Denise Sluman, before she took over my account I never made a profit only broke even. Denise was a turning point for me now I am referring my team and others to Datalot. I am very happy with my experience this open enrollment and look forward to a long and profitable relationship!

The customer service reps and the website have been easy and great to work with. The only negative aspect has been some of the transfers are very limited in information and communication concerning the candidate.
