Unacceptable Delay & Broken Promises - Risking My Job Offer! My experience with DataFlow has been extremely frustrating. My application due date was August 30, 2026 Case Number: H005-2608-3124646 for DOH Abu Dhabi, and today is September 10, 2026. The report is severely delayed and stuck in the "Quality Control" stage. I have followed up multiple times and even visited their Dubai office in person, but it was useless. Two days ago, their phone support explicitly promised me that the report would be ready within 24 hours, yet nothing has changed on my dashboard. This ongoing delay and lack of accountability are causing severe professional consequences—I am now at imminent risk of losing my job offer because of DataFlow's poor service.

I’ve had a very poor experience with DataFlow. Their support is extremely unresponsive — they don’t reply to phone calls, emails, or even tickets raised through their system. Overall, the service has been very disappointing

Terrible experience. With all the endless complaints and severe delays, I genuinely do not understand how they are still allowed to operate.

Extremely poor service and continuous delay for a simple manual backend sync. My case No: QVP-58242 has been internally approved since August 10th, but the technical team is completely neglecting to push the data to the QVP dashboard. Today is Sunday, the working week has started, and my passport is held at the travel agency, risking my visa rejection due to this faulty system delay. I demand immediate intervention from the General Manager or Higher Supervisor to manually release my finalized 'Verified' PDF report today. Case No: QVP-58242 / Ticket ID: 808158.

Very poor customer support experience. They provide a phone number for assistance, but no one responds to the call. I waited on hold for more than one hour, but my call was still not answered. If a support number is provided, customers should be able to reach someone within a reasonable time. Very disappointing service.

The single worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. I graduated nearly 2 decades ago and you’re directing me to login in to my student portal to access a file. Most universities delete student emails within a few years of graduation. I cannot emphasise how absolutely terrible this company is

Terrible service , they only take money out of you but they dont have any clue what they are doing neither solutions , they just ask you to take their bundle and ask for their help and then they leave you for nothing , and btw you do have of the things by yourself and there is no one to report to !

All the Doctors with issues may contact me regarding the collective legal action I am currently organizing against DataFlow. I am gathering a large group of affected doctors to pursue a joint legal claim against the company.
