I submitted my application for equivalency on 10th September, it took 10 days to make them understand about my qualification program. then everything was perfect and the result date was 7th October when I am expecting to get the result. the status was suddenly changed UNABLE TO VERIFY with an email that if the University will not respond within 30 days, dataflow will close my application. my question is, the charges which you have taken for verification, is just for that to inform me , the University is not responding and you are not able to complete the process? the what is your role in the whole process? We paid for the results not for the information that you are not capable enough to get the verification.

Customer service is practically unreachable, and when you finally manage to reach someone, the response is often useless, with no accountability, concrete action, or clear timeline. You are left chasing the same issue endlessly. Meanwhile, I was repeatedly offered paid agency assistance to handle my application, despite being perfectly capable of applying independently. The fees are already expensive enough without being pushed toward additional paid services. The distinction between independent applicants and agency applicants also raises serious concerns about equal treatment and access to support. This level of service is unacceptable. Healthcare professionals deserve accessible support, transparency, and timely processing not endless delays, additional expenses, and promises that lead nowhere. DataFlow management needs to take responsibility and address these failures. Applicants’ careers, employment, and visas are not a game.

Every time I contact DataFlow, I am told that my application is with the Ministry. However, when I contact the Ministry, I am told that it is still with DataFlow. My application continues to show **“Under Review,”** while the Ministry's website indicates that my verification is still being processed by its authorised partner. How is it possible that after almost 10 months, neither party can provide a clear explanation of what is happening? I have sent numerous emails, followed up repeatedly and received the same generic responses. Nobody seems willing to take responsibility or provide a proper solution. **This is completely unacceptable, especially for a service I paid for in January!** The lack of transparency, accountability and communication is extremely unprofessional. This ongoing delay has caused me unnecessary stress and frustration, and I genuinely do not know who else to contact. I am not asking for special treatment.
