I fell for cheap prices, signed up and was about to pay for the VPS. All of a sudden. “You must get our approval to place an order.” Damn, really? Am I asking for a mortgage or a gift? Or am I a customer paying you money? “Approval” was promised within 30 minutes, but nothing happened after half an hour or an hour. Lost time and nothing but an unpleasant residue. I shrugged it off and in the next 5 minutes got a great VPS elsewhere. Conclusion: don't fall for the promise of cheap prices, in such a place they will just wipe their feet on you.

Overall, my experience with Database Mart is going well. I've always wanted a VPS with a Windows operating system, so Database Mart meets my expectations. Even better, it's affordable.

Since 2024 customer service has gone down a lot, both in terms of quality and speed of response. Both by online chat and by trickes. The speed of support was one of the main reasons we chose you as a partner to host our services and servers with you. For any request they take a long time to give attention and response and repeat over and over again the same thing that is required or requested from the beginning.

They formatted the system disk of my dedicated server twice and reacted as if it was nothing, they don't value our services and data. In less than 5 months the system disk was damaged, I restored it with a backup, after two days they removed the disk and formatted it again, how can I trust the beginners of this company?
