support left something to be desired.
Initially, it was very good because I could request support and they responded quickly via chat. Then the VPS connection started dropping frequently, and it was only when I requested support that I couldn't get through anymore. It got to the point where it was very slow, the connection dropped a lot, I couldn't use it anymore, I requested support via chat and nothing, nobody answered me. I waited for hours until the opportunity arose to test another server, which I was much more satisfied with.

I purchased a number of servers from…
I purchased a number of servers from Datamart, but for the past 2–3 months I have been facing many issues with the machines. Suddenly, all of my machine passwords were changed by your team without informing me or providing any logs, so I am not sure what happened. Two of my servers on Datamart were hacked due to very poor security. On top of that, your customer support has been very poor. I am shifting all of my servers to another provider now. Overall, your services are unacceptable and insecure.

I run a GPU-server
I run a GPU-server, a bit outdated but good enough for my purposes with a great offer for a 2 year term. Easy setup, very good support, clear web-ui to manage.

Lentitud extrema
Serivicio de atención al cliente rápido, pero el servicio de VPS es extremadamente lento en comparación con la competencia. El VPS no va justo de núcleos, va justo de calidad (CPU antigua) y de velocidad de disco, y la RAM está al límite.

Amazing experience with them
Amazing experience with them. Yes there were some initial network issues but they sorted it out. Love their customer support Amazing team. This is my third purchase from them as AWS looted me so now I am moving all of my infrastructures here

Reliable and high quality service!
I have been using them for almost a year, they are reliable and flexible, no sudden crash issues overall. I am using my Windows VPS from Algeria even tho I am located in North Africa my VPS is still responsive and reliable!
